We at Debongo Shoes offer a simple and reliable return and exchange policy for footwear purchased online.

Products purchased on Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Free returns are applicable only for the valid reasons[1]. In all other cases of return[2] - a maximum of 50% of the shipping fee will be deducted.

Do not ship products for exchange or return without prior authorization — unauthorized shipments may not be processed.

Products from End of Season Sale, Clearance Sale, Discounted Price, or products given free as part of a deal are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged.
Return Policy

Returns can be initiated directly through our website by following the return process provided.

Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Upon successful completion of the quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

If the product returned by the customer is damaged, used, wrong product or in poor condition, no refund will be issued.

In all other return cases[2], 50% of the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a product is delivered along with a freebie, both the purchased product and the freebie must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return or refund.
- Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned with original invoice.

Reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.

For all exchange requests, customers are required to contact our customer support team via email, phone call, or message to initiate the process.

Style exchanges are permitted only for products of the same price or a higher value. In case of a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference. If the selected product is of a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

All products undergo 100% quality check, but in case of human error or defects, we take full responsibility and no handling charge will apply.

In case of replacement of the same product, no additional payment or refund will be applicable, irrespective of any price increase or decrease at the time of replacement.
Refund

Online Paid Orders: Upon successful completion of the quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are not applicable for Gift Cards, Giftboxes, or Freebies.
General Conditions

All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject return and exchange requests based on product condition and policy compliance.
- Any complimentary items or promotional offers provided with the product are subject to stock availability. Such offers are valid only until stocks last and cannot be claimed once the stock is exhausted. Complimentary items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
