Return and Exchange Policy

We at Debongo Shoes offer a simple and reliable return and exchange policy for footwear purchased online.

• Applies only to products purchased from our website.
• Products purchased on Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Free return and exchange offered for products purchased directly from our website.
• Do not ship products for exchange or return without prior authorization — unauthorized shipments may not be processed.
• Products from End of Season Sale, Clearance Sale, Discounted Price, or products given free as part of a deal are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged.
• A handling charge of ₹300 applies to every returned order.

Returns

• Contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return; requests after 10 days will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• Request a return by emailing ccare@vkcgroup.com with the reason and product photos.
• After the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected; approval or rejection is at our discretion.
• If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.

Exchange

• For size issues or manufacturing defects, email ccare@vkcgroup.com.
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery for exchanges.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.
• All products undergo 100% quality check, but in case of human error or defects, we take full responsibility and no handling charge will apply.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects within 3 months from the purchase date are eligible for exchange with the same product.

Refund

• Online Paid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment mode within 2 working days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Customer must provide bank details for refund; processed within 2 working days after approval.
• Refunds are not applicable for Gift Cards, Giftboxes, or Freebies.
