Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies only to products purchased from www.debongoshoes.com.
Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To request a cancellation, please write to us at ccare@vkcgroup.com with your order details.
- Once your cancellation request is received, we will review the status of the order. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be processed, and you will need to follow the standard return process.
- If the cancellation is approved, the order will be canceled, and no shipping will be charged.
Refund:
- Refunds will only be processed for canceled orders or for products returned under our Returns Policy.
- For Online Paid Orders: The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, etc.). Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The customer is required to provide bank details along with the order details for a refund. After the approval, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
- Refunds will not be applicable on Gift Cards, Giftboxes, or Freebies.
- Any refunds for products that fall under the Clearance Sale/Discounted Price/End of Season Sale or free items from promotions are not eligible for refund.
Note: In case the product is returned due to damage or manufacturing defects, the refund will be processed after the audit of the returned product.
