CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Debongo Shoes, we aim to provide a hassle-free cancellation and refund process for online shoe shopping.

Cancellation

  • Applies only to products purchased from www.debongoshoes.com.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is valid only before the shipping time window.  


  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be processed; you must follow the standard return process. 

  • To cancel, email ccare@vkcgroup.com with your order details. (Or message through the “Contact Us” option provided in the website) (give as third point)

  • If approved, the order will be cancelled with no shipping charge applied.

Refund

  • Refunds apply only to cancelled orders or returns under the Returns Policy.

  • Online Paid Orders: Refund credited to original payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, etc.) within 5-7 working days after approval.

  • No refunds for Gift Cards, Giftboxes, Freebies, or products from Clearance Sale, Special event Discounted Prices, End of Season Sale, or free promotional items.

  • For damaged or defective shoes, refunds will be processed after a product audit and only for eligible products. Company reserves all the rights in this case.
