1. How long does it take for Debongo to deliver shoes in India ?

 Most online orders reach you pretty quickly:

  • 2–4 business days in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities

  • 4–7 business days in other locations

Since everything ships from our Coimbatore warehouse, delivery usually takes a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 10 days.

Don’t worry—you’ll get email updates, plus a tracking ID to follow your package on the Delhivery site.

2. Does Debongo offer international shipping?

Not yet! Right now, we only ship within India. But don’t worry—we’re working on it and will let you know once we launch international delivery.

3. Can I cancel my shoe order after placing it?

Yes, you can—but only within 24 hours of purchase and before the courier picks it up.

To cancel, just email us at ccare@vkcgroup.com with your order details, or cancel directly on our website. If the shoes are already shipped, you’ll need to use our return policy instead.

4. Is login necessary?

No, it’s not! You can always check out in guest mode. But logging in makes it easier to track orders and shop faster next time.

5. Maximum number of products that can be purchased?

You can add items to your order until you click on "Proceed to Checkout" on the ‘Cart’ page, which will take you to the payments page. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you'd like to order additional items, please place a new order.

6. How do I get a refund for my shoes?

 If you’ve paid online, your refund will go back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, etc.) within 2 working days after approval.

Note: Refunds are not available for Clearance Sale products, Gift Cards, or Freebies.

7. Can I return or exchange shoes purchased online?

 Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Just contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

  • A small handling charge applies for returns (except in case of defects).

  • Shipping charges will be deducted in case of a return.

If it’s a size issue or a product defect, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery. Just use the “Send Message” option on our website or email us at ccare@vkcgroup.com.

8. What if my shoes arrive damaged or defective?

 Don’t worry—it happens sometimes. Just email us at ccare@vkcgroup.com with photos and an unboxing video. Once checked at our warehouse, we’ll process your exchange or refund. For genuine defects, there’s no handling fee.

9. What if the shoes don’t fit or I get the wrong size?
